We're building a house at the minute, and accidentally, without noticing, fell off the blogging wagon. Which we're actually gutted about, as there's so much good stuff to share and just never enough time...

So this is Emma & Andy's wedding from last year. They're professional dancers - did you guess? There's just so much life here. We just had to get it off our hard drive and into the world! 

Emma & Andy's wedding was at Larchfield Estate. That's where we got married too, so it's always a bit of a special one for us. Styling was by the inimitable Alise Taggart. It was featured on Ruffled not so long ago.

As you can see, there was no shortage of serious design talent involved in putting together Nat & Rob's wedding!

Namely the ridiculously amazing Nat of Design Friendship herself. Her Only Hearts Club - design with, well, only hearts, needs to be on any off-beat bride's pinterest board...

Their wedding was in Cowley Manor in the Costwolds, which couldn't have been more perfect really for their low-key, super fun party. I don't know if it was the colour, but everything felt amplified, celebratory. It was my second time working with this amazing family, having shot Nat's brother Neal's wedding to Seema a few years ago. These guys really know how to do weddings. Their own way. And I love it.

Chemistry. You've just got to have it. Between a couple, obviously. But also between us and the couples we work with.

We've been so lucky, ever since we started really, to work with such brilliant, laid-back, creative, up-for-anything couples. I guess if the home page of your website is people hugging in a toilet, the fairytale wedding people are maybe going to give you a swerve! But we feel genuinely blessed to have had the privilege of knowing, and working with, such great, great people over the years.

Which brings us to Tania and Andrew. Who just rule. Their wedding in Nikis Resort, just outside Umbertide in Umbria was not only jaw-droppingly beautiful - it was full of warmth and depth. Not everything at weddings goes to plan, but they never got hung up on the small stuff. Always kept the important things up front - being present with all their people, committing to each other, break-dancing in a wedding dress...
