The Chocolate Factory Wedding Photography, Dublin
Some favourites from Ciara and Patrick’s wonderful whirlwind of a wedding at The Chocolate Factory in Dublin. You never know what’s going to happen when there are little ones involved in the heart of day. It’s usually a little bit chaotic, but it is always magic, and brings photographs alive.
We loved the industrial feel of the Chocolate Factory. You could decorate this venue any way you like - and the guys did a beautiful job - but there’s also something great about it just as it is. We adore the main room in Dublin City Hall too - partly because it’s gorgeous and partly because know we’re in for a dander through Dublin streets to the next venue.
This wedding was so full of creative energy, craic and joy. Weddings don’t have a script. Each day unfolds itself in its own unique way and C&P gave me full license to try to catch as much as possible as a documentary wedding photographer. I love it when couples trust me enough to just do my thing. And it’s always such a privilege to be there to tell their story with my camera.
